Tommy Ruff, it's not just fish and chips! Proud owners John and Helen have poured their hearts into this amazing venue and their souls into the food. Once you've tried it you'll be hooked, and the cocktails and beers are pretty tasty too!
Hotel Jesus, Collingwood.
From the brilliant minds of Mamasita and MASH, Hotel Jesus was always going to be something a little different. A truly challenging project, but the finished result is an honest reflection of the brilliant minds and hard work behind it. One of the most out there venues we've encountered with plenty to catch your eye while you enjoy their authentic Mexican menu.
Pickett's Deli, Queen Victoria Market.
Pickett's Deli was a whirlwind, we were in and out before we knew it thanks to Domain National's scheduling and efficiency. The finish is something else with floor to ceiling cabinets fully stocked with the finest beer, wine and produce, a very cool feature light fitting and a rotisserie full of chickens. Not bad at all.
Belles Hot Chicken, Windsor.
The latest addition to the ever growing Belles Hot Chicken empire is their Windsor restaurant. It's another quality fit out by the guys from OLA and Jimmy Timber with Belles delicious menu, how could you go wrong.
Estelle by Scott Pickett, Northcote.
When we took on ESP we had no idea what an incredible project we were getting involved in. Some months later with the fit out complete and Scott and his team putting out some of the finest cuisine in Melbourne, we couldn't be more proud. A huge thanks to everyone involved in the project, one of our most rewarding to date.
Archie's All Day, Fitzroy.
An absolute gem. Archie's owner Anthony had vision, was hands on and an absolute pleasure to work with. If he ever wants to change industries there's no doubt he could have a future in design and construction, but after tasting his menu we sincerely hope that day never comes!
Canadian Bay Yacht Club, Mt Eliza.
There aren't too many buildings set in a location as incredible as the Canadian Bay Yacht Club, so when the club house, built in the early 1960's, started to age the committee decided it was time to refurbish the club. The finished project is beautiful and strong enough to withstand the wind, waves and storms for another 50 years.
Belles Hot Chicken, Richmond.
With humble beginnings, a literal blank canvas, Belles has become a testament to what great vision can do with such a simple space. With their combined skills Jimmy Timber and his boys and Phil from OLA Studio have turned Belles latest edition into a venue worthy of serving up their famed hot chicken and tasty sides.
